Calvin College seeks a Director of Institutional Effectiveness and Analytics. This position oversees and coordinates institutional information needs by (1) creating a strong center of analytical, data-informed decision support processes and (2) providing standardized and ad-hoc reporting, strategic and operational dashboards, predictive analytics, and other analytical services and resources to address strategic academic and administrative operations to the college (3) supporting an integrated, systematic data-informed process of continuous improvement throughout the college. This position anticipates, identifies, and explores how data can be used for effective decision making, and works to lead and build a culture of data-informed analysis. The position requires a Master's degree or equivalent and the position requires five to ten years of related experience. Requires a broad knowledge of advanced technical procedures and practices. Calvin College seeks a Program Coordinator for the Calvin Institute of Christian Worship. This position serves as the music and web-based projects coordinator and provide administrative support for CICW. This position requires a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; one to three years related office experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a knowledge of computers and related software applications required. Good communication, organization and human relation skills required. The Project Neighborhood Mentor is responsible for fostering the goals of Project Neighborhood through serving as a participant-mentor in the life of the house and giving leadership through modeling, mentoring and facilitating a house environment which is caring, accountable, shaped by prayer and biblical principles. This person supervises and mentors 5-8 students living in this house. Primary support on one or more of following systems: VMware Linux, Novell, Windows, MAC, Cisco IOS and others as required. Conduct required research and provide a technical insight into the computer needs of the college and the state of the computer industry.
